Terms of Service

The rules for using Alovlu, in plain words.

Last updated September 27, 2026

The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Alovlu Technologies Inc. (“Alovlu”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the Alovlu website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.

Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits reset each period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to create or publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, to upload material you don’t have the rights to, or to abuse, scrape, or get around the Service’s limits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you upload and what the Service generates for you. You let us store and process it to run the Service, including sending it to our AI providers. AI output can be wrong or resemble output made for others, so review it before you publish.

Connected social accounts

When you connect an account such as Instagram, you let us publish the posts you approve or schedule and read the account data you authorize. You’re responsible for what’s published and for following that platform’s rules. Platforms can delay or block posts, so we can’t guarantee delivery. You can disconnect at any time.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes. Questions? Email [email protected].
