Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the controls you have — including one-click export and full account deletion.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data Alovlu (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. It applies to the Alovlu website and app (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

You can export everything we hold about you and delete your account at any time — see Your controls.

Data we collect

You give us

  • Account details: your name, email address, and profile image.
  • Brand profile: business name, website, niche, region, audience, tone, visual notes, allowed and forbidden topics, competitors, and hashtags.
  • Uploads: brand images, documents, and product photos you add to generate content.
  • Content you create: prompts, generated posts, saved items, and the feedback ratings you give results.

We collect automatically

  • Session and security data: IP address and browser user-agent, used to keep you signed in and protect your account.
  • Usage data: generation credits used, spend guard events, and job history, used to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

From our partners

  • Billing data: subscription status and customer/subscription identifiers from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that.
  • Sign-in data: if you use a social login, we receive basic profile details from that provider.

How we use your data

  • To provide the Service: generate on-brand content, run trend and competitor research, and render images and video.
  • To operate your account: authentication, billing, credit and spend limits, and support.
  • To keep the Service safe: detect abuse, enforce our terms, and debug problems.
  • To improve the Service: understand which features are used and where the product falls short.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train our own advertising profiles.

AI processing

To generate content and research, we send the relevant brand details, prompts, and any uploaded files to our AI provider, Anthropic. Trend and competitor features may also use web search to ground results in current information.

We rely on Anthropic’s commercial terms, under which your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. Files you upload for a generation are stored with the provider only as long as needed and are removed when you delete the related content or your account.

Who we share with

We share data with a small set of service providers (“subprocessors”) that help us run the Service, only as needed to do their job:

  • Anthropic — AI generation and research.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — storage of your images and assets, plus bot protection on sign-up.
  • Our hosting and database infrastructure — to run the app and store your account data.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice). We don’t share your data with advertisers.

Storage & security

Your account data lives in an isolated database, and your uploaded assets are stored in object storage with access controls. We use encryption in transit, scoped credentials, and spend guards to reduce risk. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit what we collect in the first place.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove it as described below.

Your controls

You’re in control of your data, and the tools are built into the app:

  • Export — download a complete copy of your account data (profile, brand, generations, billing, and usage) from your account settings at any time.
  • Delete — delete your account and its data, including removal of your stored assets and any files held by our AI provider.
  • Correct — edit your brand profile and account details directly in the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your data, or to object to it. To exercise any right, use the in-app tools or email us and we’ll help.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential to run the Service — chiefly to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to use it. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
