Privacy Policy

Alovlu Technologies Inc. (“Alovlu”, “we”, “us”) runs the Alovlu website and app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Alovlu is for people 18 and older.

• Account: your name and email.
• Early access requests: the name, email, brand link, and note you send us, and how you found us, used only to reply and set you up.
• Visits: when you open our home page, we count the visit and note which site or link brought you there, without cookies and without storing your IP address.
• Brand and content: the brand details, files, and prompts you add, and the posts we generate for you.
• Security and usage: IP address, browser, and activity, to keep your account safe and apply plan limits.
• Billing: your subscription status from Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Cookies: only the ones needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

To run the Service (generate content, publish the posts you approve, handle billing), to keep it secure, and to improve it. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Only the service providers that help us run Alovlu, such as hosting, storage, email, payments, and the AI providers that generate your content. Some of them are outside Canada, so your data may be processed in other countries. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

If you connect Instagram, we receive an access token and your account’s basic profile (ID, username, and account type) and, with your permission, your posts and their metrics. We use this only to publish the posts you approve, confirm they went out, and show how your content performs. We never use it for advertising or sell it.

We keep it until you disconnect the account in Alovlu, remove Alovlu in Instagram’s “Apps and websites” settings, or delete your account. Then we delete it automatically. Posts you’ve already published stay on Instagram. Other accounts you connect, such as Bluesky, are handled the same way, and access credentials are always stored encrypted.

We keep your data while your account is open. You can export it or delete your account at any time in your account settings, and deleting your account removes your data and files. For anything else, including access or correction requests, email us.
